What has happened to Corsair customer service?

I have an SF750 SFF PSU that died after only 3 months use so raised an RMA direct with Corsair 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I have chased a couple of times too and total radio silence.

Whilst I appreciate that things are slightly more difficult at the moment and covid etc but not to that extent.

I read mostly good things about their customer service and RMA process...but recently?

Anyone got any tips or contact details that might be better or know what's going on?

    Thanks

I would try the retailer you purchased the PSU from.

Re: What has happened to Corsair customer service?

Well, I got a reply asking for more information. . .

Proof of and date of purchase (bought direct from Corsair and already supplied order number and screenshot of order)
Name address and telephone number (already supplied - asked for when completing RMA and also in order confirmation)
I also included a photo of the label showing serial number and model number as requested in the original RMA request 2 weeks ago.

    Effectively zero progress.

I suspect this will take months at this rate so will buy another PSU in the meantime and NOT from Corsair..!!

The only option is to contact trading standards or take them to small claims court. Scan have been terrible at support for a while now. Gigabyte has just imploded right when my mobo has. Apparently there seems to be some justification that covid is an excuse for not issuing RMAs, they have enough staff to ship new products though don't they?

Should have updated this really. I got the PSU replaced but it did take several weeks.
