new build advice....

hello!
my first post.
anyway i'm building a new computer and am looking for nothing fancy, quiet, cheap, upgradable.
plan is gigabyte g33 based motherboard (or g35 - anyone know when it's coming out?)
e2140 processor, upgrade later with 45nm tech in a year or so
sonata3 quite case
2gb ram
500gb harddisk

um not too sure about after market cooler, might overclock a bit.....never done that before.
i'm basically keeping it quite simple.
