i bought a road angel navigator off yourselves around 5 weeks ago, and I have rung you about ten minutes ago and got blanked.

So for me this is very simple I want you to tell me what can be done.

I understand your not probably experts in satnav but the problems are very simple and very anoying, and imo falls under the trade description act.

The power button on the top does nothing at all.
For the past week i have had no reception from the gps reciever, the first few times this happened i hard rest the machine and it worked but now its constant.

I have rung road angles and they said to test it outside to double check my windscreen wasnt the problem (which its not) so i prpose you either sort me out with a replacement or better stil a refund/exchange

let me know, as tbh its not fit for puropse and its only 5 weeks old

all sorted managed to get through and am sending it back for refund.

if this thread couldbe left open just incase i have any issue with the refund id apreciate it
