change that to should
Well maybe you guys will listen since scan aren't, how about getting the Thermalright Ultra 120, extreme edition or normal one is fine. Its the best cooler with a scythe s-flex 1600rpm fan so. it would be nice if you guys could get them in at low prices too
The only really notable exception I can see if Thermalright stuff. Which you dont stock(but should). Coolermaster gemini probably deserves a spot on there too.
Another vote for the Thermalrights The Ultra 120 Extreme has just been released.
I've not seen a direct comparison yet. I reckon the CPU temps will be within a few C of each other(using the same fans), but the gemini drops, northbridge, PWM and RAM temps by a huge amount normally.
You can probably get similar temps with a lot less noise with a gemini. Still waiting on HEXUS's huge CPU cooler roundup which should include both.
Yeap, as seen on reviews, u should add Termalright 120 stuff. Brilliant idea Mark, receive suggestions on ur products then have them in stock.
a bit underrated, but the Noctua NH-U12F looks like a great, great cooler.. Usually comes with a noctua NF-S12 120mm fan as well
and what about the thermalright? going to ignore it too like scan?
hi there all - in response to your comments here, the Noctua NH-U12F we do stock , but are out of stock at present - we are awaiting new stock to arrive...
As for the Thermalright range of coolers, i will put forward a request to see if we can start to stock this range..
mark
yay! i got £50 waiting on that heatsink and a fan
Hey guyz, what do your reckon this - Thermalright Ultra 120 extreme or Coolermaster Gemini with these fans from antec:
(OR)
Both can move 79Cfm of air at around 30db, main difference being, Antec Pro 120mm DBB fan (1st picture) can be controlled dynamically through the motherboard whereas Antec Tricool 120mm DBB (2nd picture) fan can be controlled from a regulator built on the wire of the fan. On tricool fan, there are 3 speed settings which allow RPM between 1200-2000 and the sound rating varies between 25-30db according to the RPM.
By any standards 79cfm of air movement at 30db appears pretty good to me. I believe this would give an even better performance if mounted onto any of these coolers because even the scythe s-flex fan with which they have tested the thermalright can move 63.7cfm at 28db. In fact with CM gemini, i strongly believe and hope that these fans can work wonders especially considering that gemini can accomodate two of these and then these can cool the VRMs, RAM and surroundings to the cpu socket as well.
What do u think guyz?????
would be a good deal with the thermalright or gemini
i'd prefer the motherboard controlled one. having the option is nicer
