Missing Item

Hi

I took delivery of a order last week and an item was left off. I rang up on friday and was told it should be sent off that day by city link. I have yet to receive the item.
I am working almost 10 hours a day at the moment so I am unable to call again. Could someone please look into this for me or provide me with an email address.

Order: 7212
The item left off was Vista Home Premium 32bit OEM.

hi there, have checked your order, windows was shipped in a separt packed from the main parts you ordered....
i can comfirm it has shipped out to you, and you should have recieved it yesterday(friday)
