FAO Yo Yo Tech Staff- MSI TV Anywhere A/D DVB Tuner Card

I purchased this a couple of days ago from your store. The bundled software is shocking to say the least, it consistently crashes and when it does work it does not support my dual monitor set up. So this means when i select full screen view it stretches the picture thru both monitors or it places the picture exactly in the middle of the two monitors. (I have updated drivers and software for this card and I have a perfectly stable system).

I was hoping that I can be offered an exchange for a different tv tuner card (and fund the price difference accordingly) since this tv tuner card is not compatible with a dual monitor set up and there is nowhere to suggest this. I have spoken to other people who have other tv tuner cards on a dual monitor set up who have no problems.

Well i intended it for the microsoft windows vista pc set up i have, but the software bundled being from 2002 isn't compatible with Vista.

Therefore i'm now using it on Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2. I'm actually shocked at how awful the MSI website is for trying to get updates, patches, firmware or software for this particular card. I've been unsuccessful in getting any of these.

quite pissed off and let down that Yo Yo Tech don't want to have anything to do with this. Yes the card may work on a single monitor set up but it doesnt work on a dual monitor set up which is what i have.

I've rung up Ebuyer to see what they would do in this situation stating that i purchased this card and explained my problems and theyve said i can have it swapped with a different card. AND i've phoned up Scan and they've said they'll do the same thing. Whilst Yo Yo Tech have told me it's tough if it doesnt work on a dual monitor set up, it's a gamble i have to take.

I've been a long time customer of Yo Yo Tech and to be honest, this is a big blow. I thought fair enough rules are rules but if two other major companies are offering to swap the card if i had purchased it from them then there is something wrong with Yo Yo Tech aftersales service. This isn't just something I'm going to sit back and take.

    Hi,

Was nearly going to end my relationship with YO Yo Tech over this so i really appreciate it being sorted out.

I have got the Compro Video Mate T750 instead, best way i can thank you is by saying thank you, continuing to recommend your service and writing a review for the Compro Video Mate T750 on your website this weekend.

Thanks to Kul, Mark, a guy i think called J.. and another guy and another guy. You guys need to wear name badges! lol

    Thanks again
