Hi anyone from YOYOtech,

I placed an order no. 10679 for this graphics card today when it was showing 5 in stock, as soon as I placed the order I noticed that the stock went down to 0 (out of stock). Could you please confirm whether my order has been processed, currently shown as pending.

This is required as a Christmas present therefore I would like to know availability.

I take it your stock never arrived then? Can't you obtain a firm date from your supplier?

If I decide to cancel my order do I send an e-mail or via this forum? There's no facility on my account from your site.

Unfortunately, I have had to cancel this order as you can not guarantee stock availability in the near future. I have sent an e-mail confirming this.

May I take the opportunity in thanking a member of your staff in having the courtesy to phone me concerning the stocking error, but unfortunately as this is a Christmas present I feel I cannot afford to wait any longer.
