I ordered several items from Yoyotech last week, and while the majority of the order was fine (and delivered promptly), I was extremely disappointed to discover that the graphics card was opened (seal on anti-static bag torn open). I had to wait until Friday for some parts from another retailer before I could put my system together, but when I did, I discovered that the graphics card isn't detected - it's completely dead.
So, I sent an e-mail to Yoyotech via their web form early on Saturday and as of yet have not received a response.
This is my first experience with Yoyotech and I am very disappointed, to the point that I think I will stick to my regular Scan/eBuyer/Microdirect in the future. This would have been a positive experience, because the order was dispatched so quickly, and I can understand that perhaps a customer returns has been mistakenly sent out, but some kind of acknowledgement of receiving my complaint would have been nice.
