I got kicked in the lower back once when I was sitting down. I totally spasmed out and couldnt walk without shooting pains for about a month.
Seems to have pretty muched healed it's self though, thank god.
Landed on my back doing a forward flip. That hurt for 2 weeks but it's fine now
Hmmm... an angry Frenchman threw a large block of ice at the back of my head; it hit me in the neck. I can't quite remember whether that was before or after I was trying to remind him of France's poor performance in the Second World War in broken, inebriated French.
It hurt. But no lasting adverse effects.

I play paintball on a regular basis - getting hit by 200mph bits of gelatine is an accepted hazard
some bruise , its not painfull unless you get hit in the crotch.

Been hit repeatedly in the back by 14-16 stone prop forwards (this was back when I was 14!) but that's just a hazard of rugby!
Definately no lasting damage because the entire area is fairly well armoured compared to the rest of your body.

I can vouch for that...
Never been hit in the back/neck before thank goodness.
I have punched my mate full on in the crotch though.....he can also vouch that it hurts, a lot.
