It does look very good, I like these kind of games
it looks nothing like Assassins's, but still looks interesting. Enough for me to buy a PS3? we'll see.

PS3? I'd rather this on PC tbh I assume it uses DX10 elements judging by the visuals so should run smoother and look better on that platform.
It's being released on all three simultaneously. (pc, 360 and ps3)
And in the sense that it's a free running style game with combat elements, of course it looks nothing like assassin's creed - but it also has an engine that allows for fluid motion.
i'm getting a bit of a matrix feel to it.

there is no spoon?

Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.
we are sad... lol

I think at 1 minute 25 seconds was a matrix-y moment, and the roof jumping helped too.
Looks good and I'd like to know more .
not seen this before, looks like good fun, if it plays well that is... for some reason i imagine it being pretty tricky if first person is the only view..
Also the city looks a bit white and clean, lacking any real texture for my grungy eyes

Reminds me of the TF2 scout, heh.
Didn't look that impressive, but we'll see!

Its from the peeps behind the Battlefield series, Dice.
For a little extra clarity:
-- It's not free-roam, the developers thought this would detract from the fun and so it's linear quest based - but you can complete the levels in a free-form way.
-- The city is supposed to look clean, it's set in a future society where people are happy, but reasonably controlled by the state (in an interview it was made clear that it was not inherently Orwellian). It's a nanny state, so most forms of comms are being watched. Runners are used to transmit secret messages. You play one such runner.
-- Weapons may be used, but they are not intrinsic to the game, it's more about the person. Hence the addition of a "true" first person viewpoint, like seeing your hands and legs and being able to use them properly. The aim is to avoid enemies not to fight them if possible, there are 15 in game weapons, but they must be taken from enemies.
-- You do not have any superpowers or anything like that (with the exception of being able to parkour like a god )
-- Controls are being kept to a minimum, a bit like assassin's creed, but there is more emphasis on fine tuning, so to speak.
I agree with the TF2 comment, it reminded me a bit of a cross between portal and TF2. The city is supposed to look clean/pure, it's not meant to be grungy - makes a nice change if you ask me
