Just make sure you get there for 1.30, there's a presentation at the start which tells you all about the game.

    Sounds good to me!

Funny thing was, I asked all the guys there "Who here uses the Hexus forums?", they all looked at me thinking "Huh?".

Okay my opinions on the game:

    PROS
    - You can have your own house! More than one aswell!!!!
    - You can have the car of your dreams and really feel like its your own!
    - Tons (and I mean freaking tons!) of explorable environments
    - Cars are wonderfully detailed, precise in every way
    - It is released on September 8th (PC version "shortly after")
    - Best specs for PC version "a computer that can run Oblivion well"
    - There is soo much you can do inc. customizing your character to look like you.
    - It is the worlds first MMOR! Massively Multiplayer Online Racing Game.
    - First game to use full 1080i HD resolution, instead of simple upscaling from 740p.
    - Has all the latest Astons .

    CONS
    - Tint on the windscreens actually pissed me off
    - Need individual settings for turning off car aids (I want to be able to turn of traction control without turning off everything, or something to that effect)
    - Some of the textures were either low rez or non existent but this is not a final build so some bugs are expected
    - Aliasing was quite bad on the X360 version, I imagine this won't be a problem in the PC version with higher powered PCs anyway.

So all in all, the game needs:
    - Tints on the windows to be optional, or at least decrease the darkness
    - More car aid settings
    - Widescreen resolutions on PC version please .

I'd just like to say a massive thanks for Hexus and Atari for allowing us all to go to this event, I think everybody had an awesome time! There are more pros (and possibly cons) but at this moment I cannot remember them all :S. About the phone interview thing as well I won't be home until Tuesday so...
And I got to see the legendary Nick! Near the end I found myself just driving around enjoying the cars, I didn't want to get to into the game since its not out yet. Just want to say aswell that Test Drive Unlimited had me at the demo on X360 and was enough to make me preorder it on both X360 and PC. Oh and about the special cars for pre orders does this apply to Play.com? and/or Amazon?
Thanks again for the great time!

PS Count me in on any future events like these

Just want to say thanks for letting me have the chance to have a go on the new game yeah there were a few rought edges but thats expected, the xbox is still a new consol in the scope of things and for this to be coming out now with the size that it is its great and bodes well for the xbox in the future.

Cheers all that made it happen.
