What's Atari?
</noob>
Google confused me further. It seems to be a game manufacturer? So what, you test their games? New ones?

And guess what, there's a very few spaces available... even now!
I was up there this afternoon. The guys laid on soft drinks to quench the racing thirst, had a goody bag lined up for everyone and even had a voucher for a whopping tenner off the full game!
And, they set-up a conference call with developers Eden, so you can ask them any questions you have about the game.
We all played the game from the start to get a feel of how it will be, then they unlocked the full game so I spent sometime roaring around on a Ducati Monster... on one wheel, of course...
Oh, and the McClaren F1 is trouser browningly fast.....
Same Whiternoise. Really disapointed!
Just got back from this (and a day out ponsing about in Oxford Circus) and I have to say I really enjoyed it and I am really thankful for the free event Hexus and Atari gave us I managed to have a chat and laugh with the Nick himself, although it was mostly critisizing my character selection (which was well cool) and why I didn't pick the Lotus!
The amount of Xbox's and Samsung HDTV's there was enough to make any geeks trousers damp, and it was in a nice aircon office floor so if anything it was rather chilly compared to the heat outside! And that MASSIVE HOOGE Samsung HDTV used for the presentation was ridiculously big! Goodies were a massive plus, and I'm looking forward to the discount on the PC version
As for the game, it's very very very very very very very good. Even the rest of the guys were saying the Demo on Xbox Live really doesn't show how well it is. I simply won't even BOTHER writing all the huge amount of things you can do on it, because its got such in-depth detail. Think of it like a mild crossover between Need For Speed: Most Wanted, GTA: SA and Project Gotham 3. And perhaps World of Warcraft. I really really want an Xbox 360 now, this might make me take the plunge (only thing stopping me is funds after purchasing :/). I'm looking forward to how the game progresses, and how the whole multiplayer world would turn out on Xbox Live...
Thanks much, and to the rest thinking about going, GO! If you don't like it tell them why, or go home
Was there also today with unreal lol . The game was immense! Cant wait to get this game discount from atari got my xbox 360 today so cant wait for the release now! Unreal has explained everything that happened today tbh hehe. Wont say any more
Just thanks to nick and atari

How are people getting there by the way? Is it best to drive down? Are there parking spaces? Or should I get the train?
One more quick question too, how long does the event last? What time do you estimate everyone will be leaving?
It's 1:30 to 5:30 iirc.
