Quick question regarding this - I've not used SLI graphics cards before and I have 2 monitors. Which 2 out of the 4 DVI-D connectors do I use? Both on one card? Split between cards? Does it matter?

AFAIK it doesn't matter what outputs on what card you use, so long as you set it up properly in Windows.
