Sorry to say, but I did think this was going too good to be true for Eclipse's reputation
Maybe the AN8 32X RMA Sean was talking about was somebody else's board that they rma'ed at eclipse, and not yours...
I seriously doubt the board has come from Abit as I would never expect them to do something like this. My bet is that eclipse just found another AN8-32X lying around (possible another board that somebody rma'ed...maybe the rma Sean was referring to) and just sent it you without testing or anything!
Check the board too see if it is the same one that you tried to rma in the first place. They may have been testing it and doing something with thermal paste, etc, then just decided to return the same board back to you! I wouldnt put it past them...
Good luck with trying to sort it all out with Eclipse, think you are going to need it tbh
EDIT: Just RMA it direct with Abit, forget eclipse because they are just going to mess you around and cause you a headache
