Eclipse have probably bought from a wholesaler like Boss. It is possible that they have returned to Abit but without a reference number it would be difficult to trace.
Eclipse Computers are also a pain in the arse! I sent back an item THEY sent me incorrectly, 4 weeks later still no refund despite calling them multiple times and e-mailing them loads.
Hope you get this sorted!
Probably should have just sent the board to abit yourself and bypassed the retailer.

It was tested by another engineer I have no idea what the fault was. I think its being replaced.
you still have an8 32x`s to replace it, i would think you would of ran out of stock by now..
looking forward to having my main pc running again, this asrocks nforce 3 board sucks, thu i am having fun seeing if i can overclock till it goes bang
If I was you, I would stay clear from Eclipse Computers in any future purchases. You can read my horror story here:

And there are loads of other similar experiences out there, they are disgraceful!
Hopefully your RMA goes through smoothly and you will be one of the lucky ones
i have stopped about six months ago because there s**t,lucky eclipes are only about a hour away so i would go there and sort it out face to face..... i mainly use ebuyer,scan,watercooling.com now much happier and i do send a lot of money buying pc bits
had a phone call form eclipse today my new board will be delivered Friday.....
woo hoo......
sean thank you colleague for replacing it .....
ok i got my board today.......its all dusty covered in therm paste,,,,and will not post at all......spins up for about 10 secs show 87 code then shuts down....any ideas
i have ran it with just memory, cpu , gpu in swaped godd know how meny bits over still no joy....
ATXPWR & ATX12V1 plugged in?
RPM signalling fan plugged into the CPUFan1 header?
yes all power pluged in fans spin up fine......i did notice the guru clock say cpu voltage 0.87,,,the clock also does not show debug codes just the room temp
After reading sitalchauhan's post are you sure that is your motherboard.
The reason I am writing this is I would not expect Sean or any of the tech guys at Abit to return an RMA board quote "its all dusty covered in therm paste" sort of condition.
I dont want to muddy the waters for you but that sounds suspect to me
