Eclipse have probably bought from a wholesaler like Boss. It is possible that they have returned to Abit but without a reference number it would be difficult to trace.

Eclipse Computers are also a pain in the arse! I sent back an item THEY sent me incorrectly, 4 weeks later still no refund despite calling them multiple times and e-mailing them loads.

    Hope you get this sorted!

If I was you, I would stay clear from Eclipse Computers in any future purchases. You can read my horror story here:
    http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.p...38#post1103338

And there are loads of other similar experiences out there, they are disgraceful!

Hopefully your RMA goes through smoothly and you will be one of the lucky ones

After reading sitalchauhan's post are you sure that is your motherboard.
The reason I am writing this is I would not expect Sean or any of the tech guys at Abit to return an RMA board quote "its all dusty covered in therm paste" sort of condition.

I dont want to muddy the waters for you but that sounds suspect to me
