    Annoying KN9 Ultra problem

Hello, i searched previous threads and used tricks that they had, but none worked and then decided to ask directly.

My computer doesn't boot without reseting CMOS and that is very annyoing since i have to remove my x-fi sound card to do so.. I assembled computer yesterday and in first boot i got "cmos error - defaults loaded". I thought that was normal since i was starting mobo for the first time. I started installing windows but when it restarted screen turned black, computer started beebing loudly and HD read light was on. I changed battery but it didn't help, but eventualy i managed to install windows and everything works just fine untill i restart it. I've tried replacing memory, battery, updating BIOS (flashmenu program says that i'm up to date with 2/27/2007), tinkering with bios which always results in cmos error. I'm getting new PSU and GPU sometime this month and they could fix the problem, but it would be very nice if i could use my computer normaly. Any help is appreciated.

I am thinking of getting the board, which CPU are you using with it? Also have you had any success with overclocking?

Seems that the autoupdater didn't find newest bios and when i updated the bios manualy i found that i didn't have to reset bios with jumper. However when i tried changing voltage of memory it refused to cooperate, but otherwise it's working just fine. Windows automaticaly overclocks my a64 x2 5600 by really small amount and so far everythings been stable.
