    Exclamation windows instalation

when starting up the pc it goes into the bios. i have updated the bios mine was v. 15
after update should it go up to v. 16??
also it asks for disk. if i put in the windows disk it says disk boot error. please insurt system disk and press enter.
if i put in the abit cd it works, asks if i want to either
    0) boot from HDD
    1) make a RAID
    2)boot from floppy
    3) skip this cd-rom (try other boot option)

so do 3 and then it says boot disk error. please insert system disk and press enter. so i put in windows disk. press enter and it goes to a black screen...... thats it...
