    Thumbs up for Support

    My board broke last thursday and i received a replacement today.

    So 4-5 working days to contact support, get an RMA, Send my board off and receive a replacement aint too shabby.

    Yes , whihc is very important wheras Asus can take WEEKS!! im like i should have got an abit no matter the difference.

    Happy to help. Although turn around times arn't always that fast, it depends on how busy I am and what parts we have in stock.

    We normally say 5-10 days for RMA but as you can see from the comments it can be a lot quicker.
