    That's very kind of you to offer me your BIOS , but what you going to use? While I'll send mine? Thanks for the extraction tool information, already got one in my toolkit now I know what it does

    I will wait to see what other option available such as if Sean can help, since Scan is sending my Q6600 at estimate date on the 25th might aswell wait for his reply. If not I'll use yours

    No problem. I have already got a 1.3 bios chip in mine. I got a spare from Dave87 on the forum here as a backup so it is not in use. I can flash your 1.2 chip with my E6600 cpu so its no issue for me.

    I would rather help you out if its needed where you have no cost involved hence my offer.
    Still as you say hopefully Sean will help out when he sees this post tomorrow

    Thanks for the BIOS chip DratUK manage to receive it today, I would PM you but I can't for some reason. Can't really do much with my system due to waiting for RAMs

    do you mean it froze on the bios flash and you have a corrupted bios

    if yes abit do a replacement chip for about £15 or something like that abit sean will know the price or theres a guy on ebay that sellsthem for about £8
