Problems with two F-I90HD's

Hey all,

Hardly ever post on this forum as I never have any problems..

But....

I've got two F-I90HD's with identical hardware:

E6320 Core 2 Duo
GeIL 2 x 1GB PC5300 (1.8V)
250GB SATAII Samsung
DVD+/-RW SATA Samsung

With one having a 8800GTS 640MB.

The Motherboard without the 8800GTS just BSOD'ed and then would turn on and after 3 seconds turn off, wouldn't even post....

Next, the one with the 8800GTS keeps getting BSOD's, it talks about the Memory - all are on default and the memory is apparentally compatible; do any Abit Support people have any ideas on what I can do to fix it?

I'm not going to RMA the one with the 8800GTS as it used in an Architect's machine, being very important hence no RMA!

It stated about turning off Cache or Shaders on the Motherboard for the Memory; I've never heard anything referring to RAM like that?!

Please help urgently!

Easy way to test for faulty memory (system not graphics) is to download memtest86 or the windows diagnostic tool onto a floppy (or in Windiag case floppy or CD):

What is your power supply? The aux power connector required for 8800 GTS is connected right?
