IP35/E2160 overclocking

just ordered an IP35, E2160, and 2gb of corsair DDR6400 TwinX XMS2 CAS 5-5-5-12 from scan.

its going in my rig with a corsair HX620 PSU and a zalman 9700 cooler.

i know overclocking is a very fickle sport, but can someone gve me a pointers to get started with as my last successfull overclocking attempt was with a socket A athlon!

start off by putting the RAM onto 1:1 with the CPU fsb to take it out of the eqation.

Be aware that we've been seeing a few cases of apparent incompatability between IP35 series mobos & Seasonic built PSUs (Antec, Corsair, etc.) - most have no problems but a few do.

yea, thats got me slightly worried, but i still have an older akasa 400w psu i can use if i have to.

should i be taking it up in small steps (10mhz fsb) or do i up it from 200 to 300 in one go and then carry on from there?
