they didn't go bust - they pulled out of mobo mfr because they couldn't make the margin that their parent wanted but intending to continue in other electronic products.
It now looks like that has been shelved too & the company drawn down.

Man, I was just about to buy one of these when I decided to check here first. I have the same board. Are there different versions of this cpu?

    Cool http://www.liangdianup.com/automatic_1.htm

$3.10 for an automatic knife with free shipping, now thats cheap how about the
buck 110 auto? Do they still make that thing here in the states? I think they were being converted into autos out west. Nice
knife, these guys also have a copy of a Buck 110 auto.

    Hiya Buff

TRP has been down all day.
    Haven't you noticed?
Plus I have never been one much for fourm hopping.
I usually hang out at one spot. Never been a big reader of any kind.
So reading 300 post in a day is something of the past since Abit forum went down.
But I do get bored at times & since TRP was down I looked for some place I could help out if I could.

EDit: BTW sorry my picture is so big, I thought it would reduce it by 50%...

Re: **Official ABIT IX38 QuadGT Review/Overclock/Guide Thread**

    Sorry man,
Currently i have on my IX38 Quad GT the official bios release V14 (m704b_14.BIN - B02 - compilated date 07.01.2008) downloaded from the abit website and flashed with MS-Dos startup floppy disk!
I have now downloaded the beta bios m704b.bin from the link above that you have write.
But this bios not work because after to have execute runme.bat, awdflash not recognize this bios beta......
Awdflash find allways the bios m704b_14.BIN but not the m704b.BIN.
    WhY??
Do I have to rename this bios?
This bios beta E0 support is the same of the bios V14 that is on the official site??
Bios V14 official work fine the same whit the Q9550 step E0???
    Thank's!
