Abit IP-35 & E2180 problem

Just finished a build with an IP-35 mobo and E2180 CPU, powered up & the PC will not post.

System powers up, but no post screen, what can I do, could it be that a BIOS update is needed for the CPU?

Maybe, but I get no post, just a blank screen

Do you have a system speaker connected? If so are you getting any post beeps?

I have just installed some corsiar ram and it works fine. But it just wont post with my OCZ DDR2 PC2-8000 Titanium Alpha VX2 (RAM has been tested working)

stick your corsair ram back in set the voltages for the RAM as per the instructions on your OCZ stuff, shut down, then see if your OCZ ram works

Tried that, still would not work, did a BIOS update & it fixed my problem.
