Will the IP35 Pro heatpipes work upside down?

Simple question really, I'm looking to migrate to a new case and a lot of the ones I'm looking at are 'BTX style' in that the motherboard is installed upside down. I heard an age ago this could affect the performance of heatpipes and since the IP35 Pro has some connecting it's chipsets together I wanted to double check it would not explode (though if it does I will take pics ).

I think that you will find that a no. of people have them running fine upside down.
It used to be a problem on older boards but doesn't seem to be on newer.

Installation

Motherboard installation in my case was a breeze. It must be noted that I have a Lian-Li V2000b+ case at the time of writing this review and that the board is INVERTED in this case. The reason why I have mentioned this is that some Heat pipe based systems do not work very well whilst the board is inverted. The abit system handles this with EASE, so for those whom have esoteric cases out there that require an inverted motherboard, please be rest assured that the abit solution will work for you!

I can also confirm this. In test done by abit there was only 2-3 degrees difference.
