Fatal1ty Fp-in9 Sli

Hi i have just built a machine using this motherboard but can't get the thing to boot up, all the connectors seem to be on but all i get on screen is "NO SIGNAL"
I have tried it with 3 graphics card 2 in sli mode,1 of the 2 sli cards in normal mode and a different pci-express card in normal mode it just will not boot.
