    interesting note on improved compatability with the 2160 on the ip35.

    anyone got any ideas what this means?

    I think they are on about the E2160 Intel dual-core CPU.

    Is it actually worth updating my BIOS if my system is working fine with the one of the board came with??

    I suppose if you've got the double boot power up going on, and it was bugging you, you would want to update.

    Had a quick dig and can't find anything yet about exactly *what* is now more compatible - if I come across anything I'll post back.

    Nope! No double boot on my board what so ever. Maybe I disabled something in the BIOS that stopped it happening because I turned off everything that I wasn't using (JMicron controller, FDD controller, Firewire, RAID control etc).

    TBH I only had the aBit IP-35 Pro because Scan ran out of the IP-35 and they made a convincing case to go with the ugprade rather than the downgrade

    The Pro doesn't double boot - I surmise it's due to uGuru handling strap setting etc.
