F-I90HD Bios doesn't boot

I had my F-I90HD (micro ATX) running fine the other day except issues with my TV not auto detecting the PC, managed to find a work around to fix that.

I was emailed by support to update bios and video drivers and it came back after the reboot, however, when I rebooted again the bios won't load I get no signal through either D-SUB or HDMI connections. I have tried clearing CMOS and removing and repacing the battery/power on the board to no avail.

Any ideas what I can do? I don't think I want the same board to be fair if I get a replacement, I may go for an asus, never had any issues with them at all.

how did you update the BIOS?

do you have a floppy drive available?

I used a USB stick, it appeared to work, I don't have a floppy available though....

what memory are you using?
Flashing the BIOS will have cleared the settings so if it requires more than the JEDEC 1.8V that could be it. Try with a single DIMM.
