IP35 Pro &CPU temp

Hello. I have only had the IP35 Pro for a month. I have noticed that a lot of times the CPU temp freezes at a particular value and does not change with load. A cmos clear resolves it for a while.

Also whatever CPU I put in this mobo it reads high:

E6300 idle 45
E6300 idle 48

The same CPU's in another IP35 Pro

E6300 idle 35
E6600 idle 38

I get the impression that there is a fault with the CPU sensor on this mobo?

Hi. Yes, everything is identical. I am more concerned about the freezing CPU temp though.
