iX38 Quad GT - Shipped Bios

Just one lst thing.............will this board boot a Q6600 GO out the box or will it require a flash first?

Also, why are there warnings for this board about not using FlashMenu? Is that a biggy with this board?

I know its not advisable but i CBA to install a floppy drive.

The Q6600 is old compared to the IX38 so will be no issue using it with the shipping bios.

I don't think the flashmenu is recommended for much these days, but I used it for my IP35 Pro and it worked flawlessly. Less to go wrong outside of Windows though.
