To be honest there is no real point in upgrading from a IP35 Pro or XE to a p45, unless you just wish to squeeze that little bit extra out of your CPU. As you may or may not know the P45 will be the LAST board with the Socket 775, so with the Nehalim generation we will all have to change our CPU's anyway to LGA 1333

Isn't it not gonna happen since Abit stopped making mobos a month or two back?

afaik they are still producing mobos until the end of the year.
whether that means putting any new models into production though .....
