IN9 32X-MAX Wi-Fi Dead need rma form

Hi all ive been building pc's for well over 10 years now and must admit ive never found it so hard to find or talk to someone from Abit.

Anyway i need to rma this board as it has totally gone dead it is 12 months old and original seller just keeps telling me to rma so i need a form as ive had no response what so ever from my previous attemps to contact abit. Ive sent email.s to most of the contacts i can find on here unfortunatly to no prevail so please can someone help me.
