Need to confirm RMA address, nobody picks up at Abit!

So I have an RMA number and everything. I cut and pasted the address from the RMA email:

Universal ABIT USA Corporation
3068 Laurelview Court, Fremont, CA 94538
Tel: 510-492-0882 Fax: 510-623-0443

UPS cannot find that address. Not only that but the phone number comes up as disconnected. What is the valid address to ship back?

I just called 1-408-213-2613, the RMA number must have changed too but even the voice recording is wrong. I have tried calling them for days and they just dont pick up over there.

This is unbelievable,

I call RMA 1-510-249-9593, nobody picks up.

I call the main number for an operator and the voicemail says nobody is available.

Tech support just puts you on hold.

I call the main number 1-408-213-2618 and after telling me to hit one for sales, the VM system tells me it is an invalid entry. I can't believe I can't even get a right phone number to confirm their address!

Did you get an e-mail with your RMA number?? The address should be on that e-mail.

I finally got through. The address in the email is WRONG. When I told them they werent even aware of it.

UPS STILL annot find the address in their database so they have given me a range of 45200-45298 addresses. This is crazy. What is the proper send to address?

45276 Industrial Drive
Fremont, CA 94538

That is what is listed on the RMA site.

The email is totally wrong!

RMA's go to Holland if you are european.
Search through the old posts here to find the email/phone nummber.

Actually, the us RMA operation is still up. I spoke with them on the phone yesterday. It was the same guy I dealt with last time so we'll see If I get it back.
