AG8-V Bios Help

Hi i am wanting to update my bios, as ive been having a few glitches and i belive that this would help.

I was wondering if any1 could give me a step by step guide to flashing from DOS so that i dont screw up in any way. I have the most recent bios file as a .zip, and have stopped overclocking my system.

Any help would be appreciated.
