I have buy a new CPU E8400 core2duo and i install bios version 16. The temperature is correct but when i shut down the pc or i do a restart says at startup " System is runninig at fail-safe state" press F1 to continue or dell to bios
And if i press F1 the pc start normally without problem but why i see that???
