IP35 Pro XE Network Drivers (64bit)

I've had this board for a few months or so, but im struggling to find network drivers for XP64 that are reliable. The ones on the Abit website won't install properly and the updated ones on the Realtek website blue screen every so often when installing the nics as a "RT8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet Nic" (im assuming its the RT8139 nic chipset?). In both cases you have to manually install the drivers (ie: install a new adaptor, click 'Have Disk' etc).

    Has anyone got any ideas?

    Cheers

    Hi Visibleman
Im running Vista Ultima X64 on this board and have been having BSOD problem with specific reference to ndis.sys. Vista identified it as a problem with the driver - stock Microsoft 2006 driver.

I've tried downloading a few updates but the installation is such a painful process. I've tried using manual Have disks method, autoinstaller, uninstall the microsoft stock and reinstall, it keeps giving me code 10 error - device cannot start.

Please help me out coz I've been having this problem for months now and it's driving me nuts.
