IN9 32X MAX post codes, or something

I've just switched out all of my components into my new HAF case. The second time I fired it up, it would not boot. Normally the Geforce 8800 card will whine, then back down, the beep happens, and it boots. Now, the 8800 just continues to whine at high speed, and absolutely nada happens on the screen. What gives? Bad card of a sudden?

Ah, Duh......yeah, I tho't of that a while after I posted, but have been busy. It simply says A.0. That's all sorry I didn't do that earlier. Now it just sits there with a whinin' video card. Any help would be appreciated.
