    Abit fatality fp-in9 sli dual 8800gt

    After installing a 2nd graphic card (same model as the original), flipping the sli card and applying the sli-bride, my pc stays black and give me a long beep a two short ones.
    I cleared the cmos, swapped the cards, checked connection, still no luck.

    Someone got an idea?

    Yes, both run fine. Tried one in the 2nd slot alone, gave me the same beep-error, seems like the slot is faulty?

    is there an option in the BIOS or anything?
    got the handbook at erm.. hand?
    have a read through that and see if it says anything about running 2 cards.

    I can only find "Sli Braodcast Apperture" disabled/auto and "Maximum Payload Size" for PCIE

    Did everything by the book now, still no luck. Somebody help please, I am getting grey hair because of this!

    May be, not enough power? I have 2x8800GT 512MB in SLI, it work fine with FSP 600W, and failed with Zalman (FSP) 460W power supply.

    Can someone recommend me a good,future-proofed and silent psu ?
