in9 32x max wi-fi + e5200

I recently got my hands on this abit motherboard, and i am wondering if it will work fine with intel e5200.
According to this official site it is under test.


Moreover i must say that it hasn't got an updated bios, i think it has got bios version 1.2 on.
So i am also wondering if i will be able to update the bios if i put on an intel e5200 so that the motherboard can support properly the cpu.

Please help!

you are almost certainly going to need an older CPU to update the BIOS to the latest (15 iirc).
Or you could buy a BIOS chip preflashed or of course if you have another mobo that uses the same BIOS chip you could hotflash.

It is not an option for the moment any of these.

So if i understand correctly the pc won't start at all if i put an e5200 on the motherboard at this moment(1.2 bios)?

But if somehow i manage to update the bios to 1.5 will e5200 work fine with the motherboard?
