IN9 32X-MAX Wi-Fi problems

first of all for the people who have a problem with the Ethernet on this board
download the latest Nvidia chipset drivers check that when it installs it say that your about to install the Ethernet drivers..dont know why there are difference between different driver files so just start with the latest and if there no try older drivers..until it shows Ethernet to install...

and the most important thing is shutdown and unplug the PC from the AC and wait for all the motherboard lights to turn off and then turn on
every time that the lights on the network cable connector thing is turned on without blinking and u have no Ethernet just turn off, unplug the AC cable and it will work...

and now for my problems...
the uguru software doesn't work since i moved to vista and now win 7 64bit (only on XP they worked)
can't do simple overclock because of that..
and the wifi airpace doesnt get recognized when it is pluged in..

is there a newer drivers anywhere then those on abit website?

I understood that 3.109 worked under W7.

tried looking up drivers on the site of the company that manufactured the chip (iirc Atheros?)?
