I think it's unfair on regs when a 1 poster spots the competition, wins and then disappears. There should be some (fairly low) post count limit IMO.

Nah, the competitions are also a marketing tool to draw in new users, sure some of the 1 hit wonders just post and disappear, but some become assimilated into the collective...

Would be nice if they just popped on to say they had won though...

The forums are a minor (but important [if that makes sense]) part of the overall HEXUS business, and as part of that business the forums don't generate that much revenue...
