TX1050 - I need to rubber mount 3.5" drive in 5.25" bay

In my TX1050 case I need to move a couple of the 3.5" drives up to the railed 5.25" bays.

This is because the middle disc of 3 in the HDD dock overheated and a cap went pop (yes I did have a 80mm fan in the bay but 3 discs in there leaves little clearance for airflow and the middle disc of the 3 overheated! )

I want to take the outer 2 discs up to the 5.25" bay and rubber mount them in the railed bay.

What can I buy if anything that will allow these 2 discs to be positioned there?

Something like this would be good, but it's not exactly cheap - just make sure you check the specifications and only get what you need.

Antec will probably link you to this, which is also good but you only get one 3.5" drive for each 5.25" slot in that instance.

I was thinking of something much cheaper......like a few £ for each drive. and anyway these are 2 old PATA IDE drives....

and so am not sure if it might be suitable.

Sorry, I was looking around and asking to see if we had anything to help fit your needs. Looks like we do not have anything that suits what you're asking for. The only product we had was this HD Cooler but it's discontinued now. You might have some luck finding it online.

The only other thing that occurred to me was just to do a DIY drive suspension job - it would be as near to free as you're going to get.

I've used some of these and they seem to have worked and I can't here those drives at all now!!!
