Problems with Antec Micro Fusion 350 power supply

I bought the Micro Fusion a while ago and have recently got round to moving the components from my old case over. However, when I switch the power on the only thing that happens is that the LCD screen lights up, but apart from that...NOTHING!

I know it's not a problem with the components because when I attach the power supply from my old case everything works perfectly.

I logged a ticket on the Antec site a few days ago but I've received no response yet. I'm assuming that the PSU/case is covered under warranty as the case is only a couple of months old and I would really like to get a replacement PSU/case quickly.

Looking at the Antec website I've only been able to find a customer support number in Holland, but none in the UK. Is that right?

    Can someone help please?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Contrem,

Yeah, our EU branch is located in Holland. I believe they should email/reply to your ticket within 2-3 days. If you still haven't received a reply, try emailing your ticket # and problem to europe.rma@antec.com.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Regards,
    Antec
