Angry Silverstone Power Supply Blowing + Headphones not working

    Hi Scan

ive got to say ive had an exellent service from you when i have purchased things but extremmly unhappy with the current crop of stuff.

i purchased the following 3 weeks ago as part of an upgrade to my pc and another upgrade this week.

firstly my Silverstone Strider 600W power supply blew 3 of my DVD writers up luckily i didnt blow up the rest of my system.

so ive now hard to replace the power supply.

also i purchased a set of Sharkoon Majestic 5.1 USB headphones and none of the rear or surrond channels are work at all.

firstly can i ask for an exchange or refund for the power supply as no longer required.

2ndly can i swap over the headphones for an alternative product.

and finally could i have some compensation for the three blown Drives as this power supply is only 3 weeks old and has cost me in over £100 woth of damage.

    Thanks
