Printing via AD (SMB) Printer... 10.4.10

Im trying to add a shared (Windows) printer under 10.4.10 and OS X does a great job of finding the printers, and I can add them, however when I try and print to them I either get

- Unable to connect to SAMBA host
or
- NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED

I gather the latter refers to access being denied for the user, but any idea how to troubleshoot this?

When you connect to this printer are you entering in exactly the same username and password that is on the PC?

I would delete the printer from OSX and re configure.
