Lost my Mac OS x Discs...

Can i get new ones from apple, like without having to buy tiger again? if not i think I will wait til leopard...

If you give them a ring they may send them out to you. They may charge you a small admin fee though.

if you have to pay then just get leopard cuz if they charge you then its 40pounds. the same thing happened to me, misplaced the damn discs

I had a scratched disc, when I phoned it was going to £59, so I told them to stuff it and found another source ?!@, which I really did not want to do but had no choice and forced to do because of replacement disc policy by Apple.

£59 is the cost of a new copy of os x. Its terrible they haven't got a cheaper option for those that have lost their discs.

i did the same steele hehe.. well until leopard is released anyway, besides i did have a legit copy just misplaced, got the macbook to prove it hehehe
