Sorry guys but i need a few questions answering. Im feeling the need to joint the ipod revolution. I would prefer the 3rd gen model- it seems its only made in 15gig and up sizes, really a 10gig would be more than enough for me though so is this true?
And the predictable question where are the best deals available? buy of apple direct witha studenty discount?

The 15gb is what you want since it comes with the remote and the carry case... the 10GB didn't so it is worth the extra 50 quid.

nuts john lewis dont seem to have the 15gig
Hmm im getting confused now. Apples uk site has (3rd gen, only one im intrested in) 15 20 and 40gig models no 30 or 10 gig models
and it appares that the 15 gig doesnt come with the remote/carrycase/dock either

i have the third gen 20gb iPod, I would say splash the extra cash its well worth it.

We do not charge VAT. Once an item clears the customs, there may be a clearance fee by the post office or an import duty determined by the customs. Buyer is responsible for all charges.

Just come back from my local dixons...
With a sexy new 3rd gen 20gig- i felt compelled as it was £200
I dont need the remote or the case, i really want the dock but il just get one seperate i suppose. I only have 3-4gig of mp3's so the 20gig would have been wasted on me. Im loving it

Update- ipod is gona get returned as soon as i have time. Hopefully tomorow. Been using it for three days now and im not impressed with battery life... bit dissapointing. Must be faulty
Hopefully they'l just give me a new one. Cos im not waiting for any repairs
