Tiger Mail Problem

Hi all,

We have come across a problem with Tiger Mail. When sending an attachment using mail the max .jgp file you can send is 9.8mb. If you send a normal file over this file size it sends, but jpg's dont. Our mail server does not have a limit for attachments.

When sending the same file from Outlook on a pc its fine..........

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Not really as I never send a .jpg that big, if I need something in archival quality I either save it as a tiff or psd file..

i think its images in general

as a workaround, zip the image and send it?

Dunno yet, I'm waiting for my iBook to come back from a repair..
