    Annoying Boot Camp Volume problem

    Hey guys.

I recently reinstalled the XP side of Boot Camp (It was getting slow and sluggish). But now I've got an annoying problem that crops up at seemingly random intervals.

Sndvol32.exe, the audio volume control panel seems to randomly dissapear as a process. This wouldn't normally be a problem if it weren't for the fact that without it running, I can't change the volume, as the Apple volume keys on the keyboard rely on that process to change the volume. If it ain't running, I can't change it.

I can't work out why it closes either.

    Any ideas?
