    new pics of my GTI

hi guys after your opinions , and also the fact i couldnt bare the noise anymore i deceided to get a custom exhaust on my car.. in that time its also been lowered at the front to 50mm in total to match the rear

and an evo that was paked outside looked very nice, pushing alot of bhp apparently 400+

that was custom built by longlife inbasingstoke, full cat back with a "mild sport" note.

brilliant service and so much better than something like a magnex as its welded infront of you and has the life time garantee and all for the sum of 299 inc, so i think its very good value for money when you consider what you get.

has improved the car leaps and bounds as the last one was a mess and was just eating all my throttle response, drives splendid now.

You were being a little economical with the truth eh?

So from the above should we interpret that as 'goes fast downhill'?

hehe, basically now the car rides flat, so that the back isnt alot lower like it was.

il try and get a pic up of it on perfect flat, but im happy.

only thing is the eibach springs that it did have for the 30mm drop were stiffer..

the exhaust that was on there before had been a bodge 1.4 lx one so was blowing all over the place as it didnt actually fit the car, now thats all gone. so im hoping when i get it dynoed i should be getting what its meant to have (167 bhp)

    maybe more

Glad to see that alot of people are going the supercharged way, I started a custom built supercharged engine, but to cut along story short, I got rid of it and got a new Corsa D Let me find a pic in all it's glory.

Wow! Out accellerating a porsche! I won't pretend to know how it all works, but isn't bolting on a big turbo likely to blow an engine? (I'm obviously confused)...

I can do if you aren't prepared for it Josh.

a little money on strengthening the internals can go a long way

The lump in my nissan hit just over 500bhp in the previous owners hands , albeit witha very big turbo

I'm aiming for a little less at 350-400 with a smaller turbo , but the forged pistons , rod and metal head gasket help

Doesn't it also come with the implementation, and driving style? If you just bung a turbo on there and whack up the boost, or redline it from cold, its likely to go boom before its time, same as if you don't service it regularly?
