Well pass yer test then - and yes, snap/bite/tear with extreme predjudice his arm away from the rest of his body - you'd be mad not to - and they do sound sweet when the turbo spools up

Oh and I think the "TL" moniker is for "Total Loser" although I did think he was refering to me initailly, as those are my initials....

    lol tumble.

well, i can either buy it and use it, or fix it and sell it for loads more.

but it flys, and i mean flys, with a broken turbo.

basicly, there is um sort of chip that pushes air in to turbo which has fried, so its not gettin enough at all. but once that is done wee. he said hes gonna get it fixed next week anyway, so even more of a bargain.

if he still sells, i buyin

I'd definitely buy it too, chap. My first car was an X reg Golf TDi, and it definitely ranked up as one of my favourite drives, especially long distance. I drove that car from Bolton to Dover, from Calais to Sandvoort (Holland), Sandvoort to Luxembourg, Luxembourg to Brugge, Brugge to Calais, and all the way back last summer. Had to get rid of it because of the high insurance costs, unfortunately

yep.. just to echo everyone else's sentiments... if he's sellin at that price it'd be rude not to!!! and 100k on a diesel is absolutely nowt! i've just got a 98 DTurbo 306 with 78k on.. and if its been properly looked after (which i dont doubt for a minute) then it'll serve you very well for a considerable time to come!

and as for the brakes clutch being used more 'cos it's a learner car... i wouldn't think it affects it much imho... it's a bargain!

Yeh buy it! The costs by the sounds of it still don't outway buying another one second hand...how much would one of them cost on insurance??

Learner cars always sell cheaper than an ordinary car that age, just look at BSM, once they have taken the used Corsa off the instructor they remove the pedal controls, replace a few things and sell it on at a knocked down price

    ...But we need pictures plz!
